Roots Art Center is a historical museum, painting gallery and art school in the Heritage Village in Bur Dubai, located in the former home of Sheikh Saeed Al Maktoum, where it has been reconstructed and restored as a museum, preserving the original form by incorporating carved teak doors with modern floral and geometric designs. Today it is a fine example of traditional Arab architecture.
