Hwaseong Haengung Palace is located in Hwaseong Fortress in Suwon City, and is one of its landmark. Its construction was completed in 1789 AD, and the structure was expanded in 1796 AD, which led to a total of 600 rooms and cabins, and thus it became considered one of the largest palaces in the city and in Korea in general, and the palace was used as a place for political and religious ceremonies in the city.
