The Assisat Palace is considered the most beautiful palace in Toulouse. It is a masterpiece of the Renaissance period. It hosts the Georges Bimberg Foundation, which takes visitors on a true journey into the past. It is an art museum. Among others, the foundation was set up by Argentine philanthropist Georges Bemberg and offers a glimpse into Western art from the end of the Middle Ages to the 20th century through collections displayed in old-fashioned rooms filled with antiques.
