Hongdae Duty Free Market is a market for young artists. It is operated in a flea market format, but actually only sells creative artwork. Since 2002, the market has been held every Saturday and has since become the main cultural point on Hongdae Street and a place to host various cultural events. Performances by independent bands, workshops and performances by local artists and musicians.
