The Holy Trinity Church is the oldest church in the city of Ruse. It was built in 1962. It is famous for its bell tower, which is 19 meters high and contains 5 bells. It has a hexagonal structure and is built of stones hewn and taken from the ruined wall of the castle of Roshushkata, and near its walls there is a monument A memorial to two English officers who died during the Crimean War when England fought on Turkey's side against Russia. The church also includes four tombs for Bishops Gregory, Basil, Michael and Sophrony. The area around the church was used as a Christian cemetery in the past, and there are still many tombstones preserved to this day.
