The city of Lausanne has a long and long history full of important events and stations, and the Lausanne Historical Museum came to display and shed light on the most important forums in it. It is an old and important museum and is considered one of the city's most important tourist attractions. It was completely renovated in 2018, and presents a famous model of the city in 1638. Here the historical exhibition is organized annually in 11 sections to understand the transformations in this very special region, from water to mobility, from recreation to housing, from the Middle Ages to the Age of Enlightenment. The museum includes a staff of guides who speak French, English, German and Chinese.
