The Museum of Historical, Vintage and Traditional Cars opened its doors for the first time in October 2010. Kuwait led the region in terms of classic cars and was able to share with the world its rich cultural traditions and deep heritage, in the automotive sector. The museum aims to document and focus on the history of Kuwait and cars, and to connect the current and later generations with the past. In addition to many other goals set by the founders of the museum, but the first concern remains, is to ensure the preservation of cars associated with the history of Kuwait and notable events in the nation's past .
