Information about HISTORICAL CENTER SENGUL BATH
The historic Şengel Bath is one of the distinctive monuments of the city of Ankara, and even one of the historical evidence of the ancient city of this city. It is a double bath with separate sections for men and women, built by Anatolian ruler Ishak Pasha in the second half of the fifteenth century, and renovated in the nineteenth century. The bathroom at that time was distinguished by its own design, where you can see old brick domes and chimneys on the new stone walls, and there are skylights with wooden pointed ceilings above the dressing rooms. The bathroom shows the architectural characteristics of the Ottoman bath. The men's section of the Ottoman baths is always more ornate, and is filled with natural lighting that comes from openings in the ceilings and domes. Come here, to take a rest after your beautiful trip in Ankara, and enjoy natural massage, massage and steam rooms.
