Sultan Khadija’s Palace is located in the district of the Grand Majidi Mosque. It was built at the end of the nineteenth century by Abdul Hamid II for Sultan Khadija; The daughter of Murad V, and today, it is the only palace still standing for the six who belong to the Ottoman dynasty, and it is worth noting that after the Ottoman dynasty was pushed into exile, this palace was used as an orphan and a primary school, and in 1972 it was allocated to the Istanbul Club for swimming.
