The Hala Kozki Building was purchased in 2012 by the Griffin Real Estate Company which restored it to its former glory. It became a social and artistic center in Warsaw, the first and only place of its kind in the whole of Poland. Where the best restaurants and chefs from all over the world gather under one roof. It includes restaurants of 18 different concepts, 11 grocery, sweets and ice cream shops, and also includes several wonderful service offices.
