The mountain attracts visitors all year round, and its easy access by public transportation helps it maintain its position as one of the mountains. The most popular in Seoul, it was designated a City Nature Park in 1968, and the Royal Azalea Festival is held annually in the spring, and although the mountain may look rugged, it is relatively easy to climb.
