Gordes Gate, also called the South Gate, is in Kotor, Montenegro. The gate has a three-way mechanical entrance that made it one of the most important access points in the city. The place is more than wonderful to see and go on a tour from the gate to the narrow cobbled alleys of the city. Gordish Gate is a nice place to enter the city and see many important buildings. Its aim was to help secure one of the important gateway entrances to the centrally located old town and function of the fortress where it is frequently used by locals and tourists. Another goal is to contribute to the transfer of efficiency in this type of stone preservation work.
