The Great Mosque was built on a large area in the city of Adana, where Orhan Gazi Park is located. It is the first among the huge buildings with multiple domes among the Ottoman mosques, and the mosque contains twenty domes located on twelve large columns of four corners. Today, the mosque is one of the most important historical religious tourist facilities in the city.
