The Palace of Creative Children and Youth is a beautiful example of ancient Russian architecture. It was the mansion of a merchant before the revolution. It is among the many old buildings in Irkutsk that have a mixture of colors and look like something out of a fairy tale. It was built in 1897, and now the building is used as a center For children, where it organizes many entertaining and interesting interactive activities that ensure children have a fun, entertaining and useful time. Children can learn to dance, chess, choir, sewing, singing, drawing and many other free fun activities.
