Located near the famous Glasgow cathedral, this stunning cemetery isn't any ordinary cemetery as all the tombstones are from the Victorian Gothic period, and just as Gothic buildings are very detailed, these tombstones are also full of exquisite detail. Nearly fifty thousand were buried in this cemetery, and there are no tombstones for all those buried there. Also in this cemetery are approximately 3,500 statues and small buildings designed by local Glasgow artists.
