The Francisco Moreno Museum is an important museum that tells the story of the history of seafaring in the Patagonian region, and aims to shed light on the importance of the marine life, and its effect of the inhabitants of the country and the region, especially since many of them relied on making boats and diving to collect pearls and fishing to earn their living, and it was opened in 1940, as part of the unveiling of the Bariloche Civic Center.
