The Franciscan Church is a place of worship in Cluj-Napoca, built between 1260 and 1290 on the site of an old Catholic church that was destroyed during the Tartar invasions in 124. This church is of particular importance; Where in 1556 the Queen of Hungary Isabella Gagio moved to the monastery and lived there with her son John II until 1557. The church is located in the wonderful Museum Square, which is one of the best tourist places in the city, where there are many restaurants, cafes, halls and ancient historical collectibles.
