One of the important and prominent historical forts in Madinah. It was built 14 centuries ago and its area was estimated to be about 2000 square meters. It was a hideout for Ka’ab bin Al-Ashraf, the leader of the Jews of the Jews, who was hostile to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and it was built from large and huge rocks. It consists of 20 rooms and eight watchtowers, but a large part of the fort has been destroyed and disappeared over the ages, and there are still the remains of this fort, which is visited by many locals and tourists interested in archeology and history.
