The first waterfront beach is one of the industrial beaches that have been developed in the city. Its construction required a lot of time, effort and vast areas, as the chronology of the project lasted for nearly five years. Today, the beach is one of the most beautiful beaches of the city, where fresh water with low waves and soft golden sand, and evergreen trees were planted everywhere, to provide shade and to give a beautiful environmental view.
