The Turkish Esztergom Castle Cultural Center was established in May 2005, and was named after the historical Estargom Castle, which has an important place in Turkish history, which is located on the banks of the Danube River. The center is a place where Turkish history and culture are kept alive with the Museum of Ethnography and Asian Gardens. The center was built by modeling the octagonal body of the Red Tower of Alanya Castle, and the octagonal columns were decorated with inspiration from the pleating of the Seljuk sultans.
