The Eskişehir Eti Archaeological Museum is one of the most important archaeological museums in Turkey. It was officially established in 1974 while the current building was opened on May 28, 2011. It is located on an area of 1,300 square meters, and its permanent collection consists of 22,500 artifacts extending from the Neolithic era to the modern era. The Ottoman Empire, of which about 2,000 are on display, and the museum also includes an outdoor garden that contains several stone elements, including coffins, tombs and sculptures.
