The Military History Museum of Caracas is a multi-purpose museum, as it was previously used as one of the military training camps, and also as a government building, until it was converted into a museum that includes many Venezuelan military equipment and exhibits. Recently, this place houses the tomb of Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez, who had previously used this building as a camp against the government of President Carlos Andrés Pérez.
