Doi Din Dang Pottery is located in a mountainous region in northern Thailand, and includes many buildings that look like Japanese in shape, and its name means "red mud hill" in Thai, it began working about 25 years ago when Thai artist Somluk Pantiboon (Somluk Pantiboon) returned to Chiang Rai was trained by a 13th-generation Japanese potter, and today this world-renowned potter leads the studio in creating traditional and contemporary stoneware, mugs, teapots, vases, and original pieces of art; All are handcrafted or cast on wheels and subsequently fired at high temperatures using natural materials.
