Doosan Park is a large public park created to commemorate the Korean activist Ahn Chang-ho who is widely revered in Korea for his patriotism and achievements as a teacher and who writes under the pseudonym "Doosan", was an independence activist, political reformer, and educator. The park contains a statue of Ahn Changhu, as well as a memorial hall dedicated to his memory where visitors can learn more about the life, writings and achievements of this well-known activist.
