Like many other charming Iceland attractions, Gipalon Sander Beach is one of the natural wonders in its composition, due to its black sand that was formed by the various volcanic formations. Therefore, and in order for visitors to reach it easily, the municipality decided to establish a parking lot for this beach only, so that visitors can easily access it with their own vehicles. The parking lot includes about 100 fully equipped car parks to accommodate all types of vehicles and bikes, at simple nominal prices. There are many restaurants and kiosks serving hot drinks nearby.
