Gebalon Sander is a black pebbly beach located on the Snivelsens Peninsula in western Iceland. The beach is located at the foot of the Snivelsens Ucl glacier, and is one of the country's landmarks. The black pebbles are constantly brought ashore by the ocean waves but are forbidden to be picked up because they are part of the nature reserve that the government wants to preserve. A mountain path is located near this beach that leads to the high-rise lava, in which all the images of nature, including water, green nature and fiery lava, merge.
