The Dadu Plateau extends through the city of Taichung, also known as Dadu Mountain or even Dadushan. It is bordered by the Taichung Basin to the east and the Taichung Coast to the west, and lies between the Dajia River and the Dadu River. The plateau is characterized by its distinctive geographical composition, as it is long and narrow, and its length is about 20 km, and its width ranges between approximately 5 to 7 km, while its height is about 151 meters, and the height of its highest peak reaches 310 meters. The plateau is a destination for many hikers and tourists, due to its dazzling nature.
