The Estonia Museum of Contemporary Art is a stand-alone non-profit initiative, positioning itself somewhere between formal state-run institutions and artist-run venues. Fundamental to changing the prevailing working methods of established art institutions. It was designed as a self-creation tool for the younger generation of artists and art students.
