The Church of Our Lady of Victories is located on the western shore of Lake Furnas on the island of São Miguel, its image is amazingly reflected in the water, and is an impressive neo-Gothic building unique in the entire Azores archipelago, it was built in the late 19th century by José do Canto ( José do Canto), and has 18 windows, most of them filled with bright stained glass bearing biblical images.
