Built in 1900, this palace is located opposite the National Museum of Romanian History, the headquarters of the National Savings Bank (CEC), the palace is characterized by an eclectic style building topped with a glass and metal dome, its entrance is distinguished by an arch supported by two pairs of columns in a composite style, and its interior courtyards are decorated with paintings by Mihail Simonidi.
