Information about Catedral Anglicana de San Juan Bautista
This remarkable place is considered the oldest non-Catholic temple in the country, a historical example of religious diversity in Buenos Aires and an example of the implementation of the law on freedom of worship passed in 1830 by Bernardino Rivadavia, the first president of Argentina. It was declared a National Historic Monument in 2000. It should also be noted that the worshipers who are present in it today are not only British but also tourists and the elderly as well. This church is one of the most important and best religious monuments in Buenos Aires, which is one of the places that attract tourists from all over the world.
