It is called the "Head of the Virgin" and this name is associated with the ancient Greek myth about Iphigenia, the daughter of Caesar Agamemnon, who was kidnapped by the hunting machine Artemis, who brought her on a cloud to the south of the Crimea and turned her into a priestess in the temple of the Virgin located in the cave.
