The Campanon Tower or the Civil Tower is a tower built in the twelfth century for the noble Italian Al-Swardi family, which was considered one of the most powerful families at that time. About 38 meters, it has today turned into a national monument managed by the Bergamo Museum. It is an attractive place for tourists to learn about its history and see the remains inside, in addition to enjoying a charming view of the city from the top.
