The Byzantine castle is located on the goals of the Algerian city of Tebessa, and was built as a defensive fortress for the city to deal with successive wars and calamities. The remains of the castle are still standing today, and the red clay stones that made it a distinctive landmark, we still remember them to this day. The castle is characterized by a privileged location, as it overlooks the plains and heights of the city.
