The Bridge of Sighs, or what is known as the Hertford Bridge, is one of the most famous historical tourist attractions in the city. It is located opposite the entrance to the Bodley Library at the University of Oxford, and connects the two parts of Hertford College. It also has a stunning architectural design that attracts thousands of tourists annually who come to take the most beautiful memorial photos. Architect Sir Thomas Jackson, it was completed in 1914.
