The town of Bordj El Kifan is administratively affiliated to the wilaya of Algiers, and is located specifically east of the capital. Burj Al-Kifan is characterized by a somewhat dry desert nature, and includes a number of historical tourist facilities dating back to the ages and tribes that lived on its land.
