The Protestant Cathedral of Berlin on Museum Island is the largest church in Berlin. Its current construction was completed in 1905. The church was first built in 1465 as a parish church and then became a Roman Catholic church until 1539. The cathedral was restored and reopened in 1993 after the unification of Germany, and today it is one of the most prominent landmarks of the city, and includes a number of amazing statues, but the most exciting thing is to climb to the top and see the breathtaking view of the city.
