Copellet Hill is 2,579 meters above sea level and is one of the highest peaks in the state of Guanajuato. At the top of this hill, a shrine dedicated to "Christo Ray" was built; Christ the King, famous for his huge statue with open arms, the current temple was completed in 1944 AD, and consists of a large circular three-tiered platform in the Art Deco style, and on the hill there is the "Cristero Museum", which includes many historical documents and short films about this time.
