Kostani Beach is located in Kostany Bay, 9 km northwest of the center of Opatija. It is a concrete beach surrounded by lush trees, which has earned the "Blue Flag" sign, which is not only a testament to its cleanliness, but also a reason for its wide popularity. At the beginning of the beach the water is flat, but after a few meters from the sea it gets deeper. Lifeguard equipment and a unique shower area ensure the safety of all visitors. Umbrellas and chairs can be rented, toilets, showers and changing rooms are also available.
