It is an ancient architectural masterpiece dating back to the Aghlabid era in the mid-eighteenth century and extends over a vast area of approximately 11,000 square meters. It was used throughout history for irrigation and watering, and it consists of two parts. The first is the central basin in the middle and the other basin is the small adjacent to it. Today, the area has been transformed into a park that many people visit for recreation.
