Established in 1995 in the former ticket office hall of the main office of the State Savings Bank, the Bank Museum is the only one of its kind in Luxembourg, covers an area of 650 square metres, and traces more than 150 years of banking tradition and innovation, offering visitors a lively and entertaining spectacle. Interactive and touch screens allow visitors to learn about the development of the banking profession, the Luxembourg Financial Center and more specifically the State Savings Bank since its inception in 1856.
