Built among volcanic rocks and used in cinema and fashion due to its unique architecture with maze-like corridors, the stunning Balague Restaurant was built by César Manrique and Jesús Soto and was bought by the famous actor Omar Sharif in the early seventies, The building now hosts a museum dedicated to its history along with its rentable apartments as well as a restaurant, serving Mediterranean dishes and delicious cocktails, and don't forget to watch the surrounding rocks turn red in the evening light in a magical spectacle.
