The Babushka Alacati restaurant, run by Olga Hanım'ın with her husband, serves a special mix of Russian-Turkish appetizers prepared according to her grandmother’s recipes (babushka means “grandmother” in Russian), where you can sample a range of dishes with great flavors such as “babushka tzatziki”. Made with tahini, eggplant, yogurt, beetroot, goat cheese and zucchini flower stuffed or fried with lots of herbs and cheese.
