The Austrian National Library is the largest institution of its kind in the whole of Austria, currently located in the Hofburg Palace, and has over 7 million items in its collection, including many very old books, globes, maps, and musical texts. The library also houses one of the largest collections of signatures in the world. This national library has a Baroque style, has amazing frescoes on its ceiling, and is considered one of the most beautiful libraries in the world.
