Arch Bistro is based in an old building dating back more than 1,700 years, in the heart of Istanbul. The restaurant, through its presented dishes, reflects the civilizations that followed the city, from the Anatolian environment to the countries of East Asia, China and India, where the city was an important economic stronghold. Here you will find kebabs, baklava, lokum, ayran, a variety of soups, olive oil dishes, pilaf rice, stuffed vegetables, pastries and desserts, as well as special breakfasts.
