It is a water channel called the "Al-Kabri Canal" that used to pass from Acre to the village of Al-Bassa, with a length of 13 km. Specific places as well, so the water level does not rise above the required rate, and the remains of these aqueducts have remained until the present time, and tourists visit it as a historical archaeological site to learn about the Roman building system at that time.
