Ansitz Gaudenturm, or as it is called the noble residence, dates back to the 12th century, and is a historic apartment building for the nobles and rulers of Merano. The building was characterized by a design that mimics the European architectural culture, with multiple floors, spacious rooms, an inner basement and spacious rooms. The house is also surrounded by a green outdoor vegetable courtyard, which includes thousands of species of flowers, trees and shrubs.
