Anping Street is the oldest among the old streets in Tainan. It is also known as Anping Old Street or Taiwan's First Street because it is the first known commercial street in the area. This street has small shops and food stalls covering a full range of souvenirs and handmade products at different prices. The street roads are somewhat narrow and winding, and visitors can either walk or cycle to explore all the little stories of each ancient building, and visitors may find more places to visit. The well-preserved civil residence, which was built from 1912 to 1925 AD.
