Information about Alqubab Mosque
Al-Qubub Mosque is one of the oldest and most famous historical mosques in Jazan. It is located in the Abu Arish governorate of Jazan. It is considered an architectural masterpiece. It was built by Sharif Hamoudi bin Muhammad Al-Khayrati Abu Mismar in the era of the first Saudi state, and the first prayer was held in it in 1248 AH. The mosque consists of 18 domes and three rows of domes. Each row consists of six domes, and there is a rock next to it with the date of construction written in 1002 AH.
