Al-Awwam Beach is located in an area close to the heart of Marsa Matrouh city, surrounded from all directions by the city's tall buildings, a beautiful mosque, amenities and shopping centers. The beach has kiosks offering folk dishes, changing rooms, and restrooms. It is a very modern beach with a lot of entertainment including beach soccer and volleyball court. On the north side of the beach, there is an area dedicated to motorized marine sports including boats, waterslides, and more.
